Stephen Paul Walker is the President and Founder of IFPC International Group, Incorporated (IFPC-IGI). Retired with more than 27 years of service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Mr. Walker participated as founding partner of the consulting firm. IFPC-IGI was created to provide security services, consulting for institutional reform, computer systems development and training, and investigations and forensic audits on a global scale for corporations and government organizations in the United States as well as other countries.

The background of Mr. Walker during service with the FBI, included the direction of programs on organized crime investigations, counter terrorism, money laundering, narcotics trafficking, counter-intelligence, training and coordination of law enforcement activities with senior level officials of other agencies of the United States and host country government officials.

He served as the Legal Attache for the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice in Mexico, South America regional office in Uruguay and, Athens, Greece. As Chief of the Administration Unit of the FBI Office of International Affairs, he managed the administrative programs responsible for the Bureau's international offices worldwide. As "Legal Attache" in Montevideo, Uruguay, he supervised all the liaison and operation services in eight South American countries. He was Assistant to the Legal Attache in Mexico City, where he was responsible for the coordination and liaison of operations in various regions of that country.

Mr. Walker graduated from the University of Colorado, completed studies at DePaul University, and is a member of the following organizations: American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, FBI National Academy Associates, International Association of Chiefs of Police, Society of Former Legal Attaches, U.S. Department of State Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
